Integrations Overview
# Integrations Overview ## What is it? Outsmart connects to other business software so your data flows automatically between systems. Integrations let you send invoices to accounting programs, process customer payments, or manage e-invoicing without manual data entry. ## What can it do? - Send invoices automatically to your accounting software. - Accept online customer payments directly in Outsmart. - Send e-invoices through the Peppol network in Europe. - Keep customer and invoice data consistent across all your tools. - Reduce time spent entering the same information twice. - Connect to the Marketplace to find and activate new integrations. ## How to use it ### Find available integrations 1. Go to **Settings** in the back office. 2. Click **Marketplace** (or open the License Manager). 3. Browse the **Integrations** section to see all available options. 4. Check compatibility with your current plan. ### Activate an integration 1. Find the integration you need in the Marketplace. 2. Click **Activate** or **Start Trial** (14-day trial available). 3. Follow the setup steps shown on screen for that specific integration. 4. Authorize the connection using your login details from the other software. 5. Test the integration with one transaction before using it for all data. ### Manage your integrations 1. Go to **Settings → Software Integrations**. 2. View all active integrations and their connection status. 3. Click **Edit** to change settings or reconnect if the link fails. 4. Use the toggle to enable or disable an integration. ## Things to watch out for - Each integration has different setup steps. Read the specific guide for your software. - Trial integrations convert to paid subscriptions after 14 days unless you cancel. - If an integration stops working, check your login credentials first. - Some integrations require additional company information to be complete and validated (like VAT number or IBAN). - Not all integrations are available in all regions or on all plans. - Test any new integration with one transaction before relying on it for all data. ## See Also - [Accounting Integrations](./accounting-integrations.md) - [Payment Integrations](./payment-integrations.md) - [Peppol E-Invoicing](./peppol-e-invoicing.md)
