Offline Capabilities
All of these work 100% offline (no internet needed):
- ✅ View your work orders
- ✅ Start/stop timers (travel and work)
- ✅ Register materials
- ✅ Take photos and annotate
- ✅ Fill out forms and checklists
- ✅ Capture signatures
- ✅ Submit work orders
What happens after you submit offline? The work order queues locally on your device. As soon as you reconnect to WiFi or mobile data, it automatically uploads to the server in the background.
End-of-Day Verification
Before you leave the field, verify your work:
- Open the app
- Check your work order list
- All completed work should show as "Verzonden" (grey status)
- If any show red or orange, something didn't submit — contact your manager
- Once all show grey, you are done for the day
