# Employee Availability ## What is it? Employee availability shows when each person works. You set their working days and hours so the scheduler knows when they are available for job assignments. ## What can it do? - Set which days an employee works - Define working hours for each day - Add multiple time slots per day for breaks - Mark employees as available or unavailable - Display availability in the scheduler - Create non-repeating schedules for specific weeks ## How to use it 1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar 2. Search for Employees 3. Click on Employees to open the list 4. Find the employee you want to modify 5. Click Edit next to their name **Set working days:** 1. Navigate to the Availability section 2. Check the box for each day they work 3. Leave unchecked for days they don't work **Set working hours:** 1. For each working day, drag the blue lines to set start and end time 2. You can add multiple time slots (for breaks) 3. For example: - 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (This creates a break from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM) **Create a non-repeating schedule:** 1. If the schedule doesn't repeat weekly, uncheck Repeat schedule 2. You can now set availability for specific weeks 3. Select the specific week you want to customize 4. Adjust availability for that week only 5.
