# Convert Quote to Work Order ## What is it? When a customer accepts your quotation, you convert it into a work order to schedule the job and assign employees. ## What can it do? - Convert accepted quotations into work orders - Preserve all quotation information in the work order - Schedule the work and assign it to employees - Track the job through completion ## How to use it 1. Open an accepted quotation 2. Click Other in the top right corner 3. Select Execute 4. Your quotation is converted to a work order 5. Click Edit to schedule the work 6. Assign the work to your employees 7. Set the work date and time 8.
